Swell Real Estate Co. was opened in 2018 by Principal Broker, Barry Asimos, who brought with him several years of experience as a top producing REALTOR® in Hampton Roads, selling hundreds of homes along the way..
And since its opening, Swell has grown to 250+ agents and 4 locations across Eastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. Additionally, Swell Realty Co. Owner, Matt Langan, works in unison with Barry on developing the brokerage model and supporting agents from a marketing and technology perspective.
